Thank you for choosing Procoderslab for your digital solutions. We aim to provide you with high-quality services, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Procoderslab.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Single Websites and Mobile Apps

• 30% Initial Payment: Non-refundable.
• 30% Deployment Payment: Non-refundable once the deployment milestone is reached.
• 40% Completion Payment: Refundable if the project is canceled before the completion of work and source files are provided.

2.2 Mega Projects

• 10% Initial Payment: Non-refundable.
• 20% Deployment (Website): Non-refundable once the website deployment milestone is reached.
• 20% Android App Payment: Non-refundable once the Android app development milestone is reached.
• 20% Apple App Payment: Non-refundable once the Apple app development milestone is reached.
• 30% Completion Payment: Refundable if the project is canceled before the completion of work and source files are provided.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@procoderslab.co.uk within 14 days of the relevant payment milestone. Refund requests will be assessed based on the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.

4. Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee may apply for canceled projects. This fee covers administrative costs and the work completed up to the cancellation date.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the client fails to communicate and provide necessary information for project completion.
• If the client breaches the terms outlined in the project contract.
